Smoking Ban:

On June 28 2010, the LDCHA Board of Commissioners approved a policy which will ban indoor smoking in all LDCHA-owned property effective January 1, 2011. Smoking outdoors on LDCHA property and on balconies at Babcock Place will be allowed. More details will be available here as the enforcement policy and lease addendum is developed.
