Applications are also available at the LDCHA Administrative Office, 1600 Haskell Avenue. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Only completed applications will be accepted, which must include all required supporting documentation identified on the application.

*Homelessness Prevention means you have been served an eviction notice and are at risk of becoming homeless.

**Rapid Re-Housing means you are homeless and living in a place not meant for human habitation or at the Women’s Transitional Care Shelter or at the Lawrence Community Shelter.
