HOPE Building Supportive Housing Program
HOPE Building is permanent housing with support services for chronically homeless individuals with mental health and substance abuse disabilities. The program offers one bedroom and single room occupancy units to eligible homeless disabled individuals referred by local shelters. Mental health and substance abuse services are provided by the Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center and by DCCCA. It is funded through a grant from the HUD Office of Community Planning and Development.
